The booking of a place at the camp may be canceled by the client as long as it is communicated in writing to the email address reservas@razsurfcamp.com within a period of no less than 15 days from the booked date of arrival at the chosen camp. RAZ SURF CAMP undertakes to return the booking payment amount via bank transfer within a maximum period of 10 days, deducting the costs incurred by the transfer which we stipulate at a value of € 5.
In the case that, for reasons beyond the control of Raz SurfCamp, the safety of the clients may be endangered by carrying out activities on the water, we will be forced to cancel activities. The amount paid for said activity will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher to attend the camp on a different date upon communication and agreement with the company.
The date of booking your place at a camp may be changed from one camp to another as long as said change is requested within a period of no less than 15 days prior to the booked arrival date at the camp where your booking is registered, said change being subject to the availability of places considering the schedule and season in which the booking takes place.
In case that a booking is cancelled at least 15 days before the beginning of the camp, the full amount will be refunded except return costs (-10 €). If it is canceled with less than 15 days for the beginning of the reserved camp, the amount will be considered lost except in cases of force majeure duly accredited by a report from your GP, in which the amount paid shall be made valid for another date within of the same year or failing that, the following season.
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing systems owned by ALEJANDRO VÁZQUEZ ROMERO under identification number CIF 32664150X and registered office at RÚA DESIDERIO VARELA, 20, 1º – 15100 – CARBALLO – A CORUÑA, in order to answer your questions about our services and send you select related information that may be of interest to you. In compliance with current regulations, ALEJANDRO VAZQUEZ ROMERO informs that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned precepts.
As long as you do not inform us to the contrary, we will understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any variation and that we have your consent to use it for the aforementioned purposes.
