The reservation may be canceled by the customer, provided that the cancellation request is submitted in writing via email to reservas@razsurfcamp.com at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled arrival date of the selected Camp. RAZ SURFCAMP undertakes to refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase. Said refund will be processed within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the date of notification.
In the event that the reservation is canceled less than 20 calendar days before the start of the selected Camp, the full amount paid will be forfeited, except in cases of force majeure, duly certified by a qualified medical professional. In such cases, the amount will be retained as a credit voucher redeemable for any other date within the same year or the following season, subject to availability and prior agreement between the customer and RAZ SURFCAMP.
If, due to circumstances beyond the control of RAZ SURFCAMP, the safety or health of customers may be at risk—such as in the event of an environmental disaster or any other situation that renders the activity impossible—the organization will refund the full amount paid to all affected customers, using the same payment method as the original purchase, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.
The date of the selected Camp can be modified, provided that the request is made in writing via email to reservas@razsurfcamp.com at least 20 calendar days before the arrival date. This change is subject to availability and must remain within the annual schedule in which the reservation was made.
If the reservation is canceled at least 20 days before the start of the camp, the full amount will be refunded. If canceled less than 20 days before the start of the reserved camp, the amount will be forfeited, except in cases of force majeure duly justified by a report from your primary care physician. In such cases, the amount paid will be valid for another date within the same year or the following season.
In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the processing systems owned by ALEJANDRO VÁZQUEZ ROMERO under identification number CIF 32664150X and registered office at RÚA DESIDERIO VARELA, 20, 1º – 15100 – CARBALLO – A CORUÑA, in order to answer your questions about our services and send you select related information that may be of interest to you. In compliance with current regulations, ALEJANDRO VAZQUEZ ROMERO informs that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to comply with the aforementioned precepts.
As long as you do not inform us to the contrary, we will understand that your data has not been modified, that you agree to notify us of any variation and that we have your consent to use it for the aforementioned purposes.
